New Market Inventory

Just got back from our weekly office tour.  Seven great new listings on the market  this week in Davis with Lyon Real Estate.  As summer is fast approaching, home inventory in Davis is beginning to build.  A promising sign for buyers and sellers considering entering the real estate market.   With a busy market upon us, buyers will find a large selection of homes on the market, but homes are being sold quickly.  We are seeing a lot of motivated buyers and sellers, who want to get into a new house before summer comes to an end.  If you're thinking about getting into the market, there is no better time than now.
